1. Who We Are

Flex AML is an independent UK-based consultancy providing anti-money-laundering (AML) and compliance support to businesses in the flexible-workspace and property sectors.
We act as an independent adviser, not as a data controller or data processor for client data, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide through our website, for example, via the Contact Us form.
This may include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (if provided)
  • Any information you include in your message

We do not collect payment information or use cookies for marketing or tracking.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Follow up on potential services discussed
  • Maintain our client relationship if you become a client

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing and do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties.

4. How We Store and Retain Your Information

All data submitted via our website is stored securely within Google Workspace and is accessible only to authorised personnel.
If you become a client, relevant personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to deliver our services and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Flex AML does not provide long-term data storage. Clients are responsible for retaining their own compliance records and evidence.

Data is securely deleted once no longer required or at your request, unless retention is legally required.

5. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure (where applicable)
  • Object to or restrict certain uses of your data

6. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to external websites. Flex AML is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

7. Use of AI-Assisted Tools

We occasionally use secure AI-assisted tools (for example, ChatGPT by OpenAI) to support our work, such as drafting documents, creating educational content, or improving service efficiency.

We do not input or retain sensitive personal data within these tools. Any data used is limited to what is necessary and handled in line with UK GDPR principles of data minimisation and lawful processing.
