The sessions focus on helping teams confidently manage real onboarding situations, customer interactions, escalation decisions, and higher risk scenarios in practice, rather than delivering overly technical or generic compliance training.
It’s practical, engaging, and commercially realistic. Includes a certificate of completion and exclusive access to training materials.

Retained AML & Operational Support
For businesses that don’t need fractional support but would benefit from having trusted AML expertise available when needed.
Designed to provide ongoing AML guidance, complex case and escalation support, regulatory updates and a trusted compliance sounding board for day to day situations.
Available exclusively to businesses that have completed a Flex AML Health Check & Operational Review and staff training workshop, from a minimum of 5 hours per month.

HMRC AML Audit & Inspection Support
HMRC inspections are much easier to manage when your AML framework, customer files and operational processes are organised and ready for review.
Having experienced HMRC AML audits first hand within the virtual office industry, Flex AML provides practical support before and throughout the inspection process.
Support can include reviewing policies and procedures, CDD and risk assessments, preparing audit evidence, identifying gaps, staff preparation, mock audits and ongoing support throughout the inspection.
Our approach is practical and supportive, helping you understand what needs attention and feel confident throughout the process.
